Pull Rates by Set
How likely is a hit? These are the odds of pulling each rarity, per set — as “1 in N packs” and as expected hits per 36-pack booster box.
The Pokémon Company publishes no official pull rates. These figures are community estimates from aggregated mass openings (TCGplayer Infinite, PokéBeach and others, thousands of packs per set). Sets marked “measured” use set-specific opening data; the rest use consensus values for their era.

FAQ
Are these pull rates official?
No — The Pokémon Company doesn't publish pull rates. All figures are community estimates from large aggregated opening samples and can vary between print runs.
What does “1 in N packs” mean?
On average, one card of that rarity appears in every N packs. It's an average over thousands of packs — any individual box can deviate substantially.
